Pierre Pelletier

Pierre Pelletier oversees the investment decisions, asset allocation, investor relations, and capital raising efforts for the development and financing strategy at Fiera Real Estate. With his teams, he manages a real estate development portfolio worth over $6.9 billion that includes significant developments in major sectors such as multi-residential (14,500 units) and industrial (3.2 million square feet) and yields superior returns that exceeds market expectations. As for the various real estate financing strategies, they represent more than $5.2 billion in loans since their inception and have allowed, among other things, the construction of more than 27,000 residential units while providing stable and robust returns to investors.

Pierre began his career in 1995 at a major accounting firm where he developed his passion for real estate primarily due to the influence it has on the urban landscape. After eight years in the real estate investment team with a large Canadian pension plan, Pierre joined an investment firm specializing in development for six years. Over the last 24 years, he has been actively involved in managing and raising capital for eight real estate development funds that total $920 million in raised capital, $10.4 billion of assets, and 25 million square feet.
